HOW DOES THE PROCESS UNFOLD?

If you would like to make a booking, then this can be done via email or over the phone. A $50 deposit will be taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment. You will receive a confirmation message prior to your appointment. Changes to appointments need to be made at least 24 hours in advance or you may forfeit your deposit.
On the day of your appointment, please ensure you drink 1-2 litres of water and consume a small meal prior to your infusion. Being hydrated makes it much easier to cannulate you, and eating some food minimises the risk of developing nausea related to altered blood sugar levels.
An IV Wellness registered nurse will arrive at your agreed location (home, work, or hotel), complete a thorough health assessment with you, and discuss what you are hoping to achieve by having an infusion. This ensures that we administer the most appropriate nutrients for your current health concerns. A prescription needs to be requested prior to your infusion, and we do this online and a script is issued on the spot.
We will ask you to sit comfortably with a cushion under your arm and the cannula will be positioned. The infusion is then connected and will start to infuse your chosen combination of hydration, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. The entire process will take between 40 & 60 minutes.
We stay with you throughout the infusion and we’re available to answer any further questions during this time.
